A very well managed senior luxury Apartment complex in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego! Falonne and I moved in this past February and have nothing but very positive comments about the Apartment itself and its management team led by Sara Manning and José Godinez, respectively Community Manager and Maintenance Manager. The apartments here are beautiful and virtually trouble free with instant and positive responses to even the most trivial of questions. The Hillcrest neighborhood is a most wonderful setting, filled with excellent services and a seemingly unending array and variety of restaurants, shops and other such places to pass the time. I am writing to let you know about my experiences with Villa Pacifica apts. When I first came to view the complex it was with a friend who wanted to move in. The outside appearance was very good. All of the plants and trees were nicely manicured and the outside was very inviting. It is also close to all highways and freeways and is right across from across from Balboa Balboa park. When we came into the building we were greeted by the manager Sara Manning. she was very kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to get my friend the perfect apartment. After meeting her and some of the residents there I knew I wanted to get my own apartment there . Shortly after I was chosen to move in . I found that maintenance here is superb. I moved here 10 months ago from a bigger place and am continuously amazed at how well things fit based on the great design of cabinets. I got a stool before I came and it is great for utilizing the to ceiling cabinets. The bathroom is huge. Everything is beautifully white throughout all rooms which I love.. I love the white fridge, and I used to have a side by side stainless I have found that THIS fridge tho smaller has a lighter door, AND SO energy efficient.I had no idea there were models like this, so well designed and hold so much (I was at my last place for 12 years they must have evolved) The bathtub shower in the large bathroom is a tub I can lay back in (slanted back part) while in the bath with the long shower spray nozzle to do my back and hair. I have lived here for 5 years and am very happy. The building is well maintained and very clean. The manager and the maintenance person quickly respond to any question and/or concerns. Having them on site is a definite plus. The location is perfect if you are a walker. Minutes from Balboa Park and supermarkets and restaurants make this a great spot.
