Villa St. Francis

Monique is barely there. It seems like her and her assistant who is also her sister, Ashley, are always gone out of the building together. When Monique is there, she’s very condescending and dismissive. Most of the positive reviews are their family. The care staff try their best but seem to have little to no support.

Visited my grandpa on thanksgiving and the staff working the memory care unit were very caring and friendly and you can tell they loved what they do! SUCH a good team! Highly recommend for anybody looking for a place for their loved ones!

My mother loves this place. She is 95 years old and needs assistance with daily tasks like, dressing, showering, laundry etc. The staff here is friendly, caring and helpful. She has met other residents and formed friendships with many of them. She particularly likes going to the dining room where she says the food is great and she enjoys spending time visiting with other residents. There are lots of other activities to become involved with and entertainment is often brought in for additional fun times. This place has been a blessing for the family as well. We know that Mom is well cared for and happy in her new home. Would highly recommend Villa St. Francis.
