We had an amazing experience with Village Auto in Attleboro! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We looked at the car twice, took it on as many test drives as we wanted, and they even put it up on the lift for us twice so we could thoroughly inspect everything. There was never any pressure — just patience and transparency. Since we were out-of-state buyers from Rhode Island, they went above and beyond and actually brought the vehicle to Rhode Island for inspection before we finalized the purchase. That level of service really meant a lot to us and showed they truly stand behind their cars. Gerry made buying a car as easy as buying groceries. Friendly and encouraging even when I had set backs. He allowed me into the shop to inspect the car on the lift. I went through it with a fine tooth comb. Near-perfect codition. With a 14 year old. It was amazingly good. He sent me to DCU where all the paperwork was in order and I was out with $122/month and 6.5% APR. Cant beat that kind of connection and service. Gerry explained the 30 day return and refund policy, and said, "any problems, we'll fix it, even after the 30 days." Go see Gerry, inspect the car, take Gerry as your guy, beats guessing at another dealership anytime. Finally a a good, honest car-dealer.

Gerry and Bill were amazing , I felt very comfortable, and trusted them right away. I test drove the car, but didn’t pick it up until the following week because they serviced it fully and fixed a few things that it needed , all included in the original price. They also were fine with me taking it to my mechanic and hour away to have it assessed. They are honest and thorough and also made the paperwork process seamless. Office is a hotbox of cigarette smoke, and tried to sell me on a car with a salvage title, but doesn't know why it has the title or what they have to do to fix it? Really strange, but aside from that, Gerry was a kind, non-predatory salesman Update: I was told *in person* the vehicle had a salvage title (which may have just been an error due the vehicle just landing on the lot) and over email that they don't have CARFAX. Updating from 2 to 4 stars for the reply but, respectfully, approach with caution. Plenty of other good cars in their lot though.

We were very satisfied with our experience at RTE 123 Village Auto. Not only was the car immaculate, it was reasonably priced and serviced well before leaving the lot. Gerry went above and beyond. He delivered the vehicle to our doorstep (in Warwick), and he even mailed the spare keys when we forgot to inquire about them. The best part, it was fast! No spending hours in a dealership.
