My trust is limited when taking my car for routine checks, so when I was recommended to take my Subaru to Stress Free auto, it was the best decision I ever made. I received text updates and a full diagnostic report with associated pictures of issues/concerns. This was an easily readable report which provided a user friendly interface that I’d never seen before. A company is not great without their amazing staff. My 18-year-old son went to get a diagnostic on his engine light. He was initially quoted $145 for a vehicle diagnostic related to the abnormalities described while the shop scanned the vehicle and identified fault codes. They did not diagnose a problem and did not provide a discharge definitive cause repair recommendations or confirmed failed components. The shop charged for a diagnostic when facts were: No component failure was confirmed, No functional testing or root cause analysis was performed and the vehicle was referred to another shop without diagnosis. They had poor customer service and failed to refund my money. I paid for a referral to a transmission shop.

Found the right tires for my 2021 car. Replaced them in 30 minutes. Professional, friendly. Couldn't ask for better service and reasonable rates.
