We had an unexpected emergency with our work van and were in a tough spot. We called ahead and had it towed to Village Garage. Initially, they were going to take us the following day, which we are very happy with. When the vehicle arrived at the auto repair shop they took us in right away without hesitation and had the van fixed the same day! They were incredibly honest and fair with their pricing. On top of that, everyone we dealt with was helpful, professional, and genuinely friendly. It's rare to find this level of service these days — highly recommend!

Rude folks. Parked in a spot in a shared PARKING LOT, literally in front of the restaurant that we were going into (Fig Tree Cafe). Some guy aggressively yelled saying it was reserved parking for the garage and that we had to move. Totally fine if that's true however there were 0 signs that demarcated that fact so it was just a rude yelling man telling people where they can and can't park based on his feelings. Put up a sign or be nice about it. It's a huge parking lot, there was no reason to be aggressive.

Went to go get a inspection sticker for a car that clearly was gonna fail just so I could see what needed to be fixed knowing it was something to do with a emissions violation which would give me 60 days to fix and bring back to the garage. The owner of the garage told me even before looking at it that it would be a safety violation but couldn’t describe why. Wasn’t going to argue with this man so I took it to a garage 10 mins down the road and they gave me the rejection sticker and stated it was an emission violation and the CATs were bad.

A very trustworthy and professional business. Always dependable, had my oil changed and brakes done. I definitely recommend coming by and giving this local business a shot!

They were able to take my car for an emergency coolant leak on my jeep, the weekend before Thanksgiving. After hearing from every other shop around which weren't taking new customers until the week after Thanksgiving. So far, everything that they've replaced is holding up. Seems like an honest company that will find the issue and fix it, not just a "lets replace this and hope its the cheapest fix" kind of place. Would recommend to my friends and family. ( I will update if there are any issues)
