Vince's is the most honest and professional transmission shop in the city. I have a 2014 Town and Country van and the pump started whining but the transmission was running fine. I called another shop and asked how much to change a pump and they said I needed a full rebuild for $3,500. I called Vince's and explained the problem and asked how much to change the pump and Vince's said I just need a filter and fluids change for $250. The job was complete in one day and the van is running fine.

The people here are complete and total SCAM ARTISTS. I brought my Camry in for a transmission rebuild. Vince looked me in the eyes and said the transmission would be rebuilt with all brand new parts. He assured me it was being rebuilt with new parts, they were not putting in a used transmission. My receipt says “rebuild.” It took them almost 2 weeks more than their initial estimate to complete it. The day I got it back, it literally broke down on the side of the road on my way home less than 2 miles from the shop. Thank god I hadn’t gotten on the highway yet.
