I have been going to Vince’s for over 20 years. They have always been transparent about the work with estimates and pictures. They also avoid unnecessary work. Vince ran the place for the longest time- now his daughter Ana runs the day to day. Different styles but same great service!

I love the polite reminders from Vince‘s that I receive the day or so before my appt for inspection. Scheduling is very easy, and I really appreciate that they were willing to help me print out my insurance card. The entire process was streamlined and professional, and my appointment took about 40 minutes. I was in and out and back to work but while I was there, I was able to make calls and sit at a picnic table just outside of the office door. All around good experience and I would recommend.

Vince’s Auto has been a reliable resource for me, & my family for almost 20 years. During this time we’ve had numerous situations requiring their help. From shopping for used vehicles, when my son got his license, they helped guide us to a reliable car. To help us maintain our vehicles, to get the most years as possible. As you can imagine we’ve had every possible scenario during this time, with breakdowns, fender benders, etc. Vince’s Auto has always been a dependable, & professional resource.

Have been bringing all of our vehicles here for 5+ years and will continue to do so. Anna, Tina, and the entire team here have always been fantastic to work with. The reports they send include an incredible amount of detail and photos, and they are always transparent around what work is critical vs what should be monitored for future visits. On multiple occasions when it comes to repairs and replacement parts, they’ve recommended we reach out to the dealership as parts were still under warranty, saving us a lot of money - honest people and can’t recommend them enough!

Vince’s auto is thorough, extremely communicative, and easy to work with. They are very transparent and organized and make me feel at ease. They fixed two problems in my car that my previous mechanics weren’t able to do. I will definitely be a returning customer
