I purchased a full set of Michelin tires from Vineville Tire on March 14, 2025, spending about $1,200. On August 15, 2025, I returned to the store for a tire repair after discovering a nail in one of my tires. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. When I entered the store and stood at the counter, no one greeted me(should have left then). The person who finally asked "what can I help you with" ...no greeting...seemed irritated from the start. When I explained that I had a nail in my tire, he walked away without giving any explanation or cost for repair. When I asked what my warranty included, I was told in a dismissive tone that it "certainly doesn't include free repair of a tire.: That was fine, but at that point I still expected to be told w
