Highly recommend! Quality work with reasonable price, and great service. Went there to get my front bumper fixed and serpentine belt replacement. Squeaky noise from cracked belt is gone, and Vinh did a great job with the bumper. He told me at first that the bumper’s broken and might not be perfectly fixed, but the work was amazing!

I can’t say enough good things about Vinh Phat Auto Repair & Muffler. My wife’s Chevy Tahoe had a complete wheel bearing failure that caused damage to other components, and Vinh took care of everything with honesty and professionalism. He gave me a fair price for the repair and even suggested I purchase certain parts from AutoZone because they come with a warranty—something most shops wouldn’t bother to tell you. On top of that, he made sure the Tahoe was safe to drive, topped off all the fluids at no extra cost, and explained everything clearly along the way. It’s rare to find a mechanic who is this honest, thorough, and takes real pride in his work. Very honest and knowledgeable. Trustworthy. Fair price for those on a budget. I have used them for all sorts of car repairs many times over the years, from engine sensors to headlights. Every time vinh's price is way below everyone else I've called. One time, Firestone told me I needed a $700 repair to fix an oil leak and $400 for new tires, and Vinh told me there was no need to make either repair. Note that they've moved to Morena Blvd, no longer on Linda Vista.

What an incredible gem! I visited Vinh Phat (based upon all of his favorable rating reviews) to inquire about replacing my OEM muffler with an aftermarket item. He advised me not to do so. "Even though I can make $200 or 300 - don't. Leave the muffler you have because aftermarket ones are junk. I have 40 years of experience. Your's looks fine", he said. I genuinely appreciate such selfless honesty. He is a morally upstanding and truly caring human being - rare in today's world. Took my car in for a catalytic converter swap on my older vehicle, and Vinh was nothing short of amazing to work with. He not only got me in same day, ran into some difficulties with my vehicle (it is older), but still honored his word and price. Very nice gentleman who knows what he’s doing and runs a fair honest business. I will be referring all my friends to Vinh moving forward
