Very ignorant and obnoxious and poor customer service.Accused customer of wrong doing which was his fault.Paid $576 in cash and debit.Acting creepy 61 yr old man keep saying how pretty my 13 year old daughter was made her uncomfortable she step outside.I should of left and never bought a car from down street and then to Vinny’s for the transfer.Horrible experience.Very unhappy with vehicle and transfer experience.Thank you nothing to hide cus being honest truth!!!

went to get a simple registration & tag and the man working there didn’t know how to do it. this is not a tag & title business, it’s a used car lot. i headed straight to northeast title & tag afterwards. got there right before closing after wasting my time here & had my new plate with registration in less than 10 minutes for less than $100. i told him on my way out if you don’t know how to do something, tell the person. time is money. don’t waste people’s time. after this experience i’d never buy anything from there. if you don’t know how to look up the owner of a vehicle you should NOT be allowed to be in the tag/auto business. the guys name was definitely not Vinny either. lost a customer for life that does a lot of title and tag business. The owner did a great job getting us in and out. He was knowledgeable and I was happy to see a fellow “Jersey boy”. Purchased a vehicle and was able to get the title switched over as well as a temporary tag within minutes.
