I been to a lot of Shops I even just recently ran a Mavis Discount Tire in New Windsor. VIP Auto is by far a better solution and better quality work and prices. Mavis will lie to you just for a dollar of commission! !!! Vip will have my family and friends business forever for being honest!!!

THESE GUYS CHARGED US AND LEFT THE CAR IN WORSE CONDITION There are two different car shops in this building, so this review is specifically for the one operating out of the front/top part of the shop. My dad’s car originally went in because the check engine light came on. I scanned it myself with my OBD reader and it showed a P0442 (EVAP leak). That was the only code. My dad brought it to these guys to fix that issue. While they had the car, they told him he “needed” new spark plugs and a thermostat. When they returned the car, not only was the P0442 still there, but now it also had a P0300 (random misfire). You could feel the misfire immediately — the car was jerky during acceleration. My dad brought it back a second time. After that visit, the car still had the P0442 and P0300, and

I had such a great experience at VIP Car Repair Shop! George was incredibly sweet and helpful from the moment we called. He mentioned he was taking his mechanics out to breakfast, which we thought was adorable—and sure enough, they were all there when we arrived. They were super patient and thorough, checking every aspect of the wheel and listening carefully to the issue we described. After a test drive, George noticed the noise was still there and didn’t stop until they figured it out. Turns out something was stuck in the heat shield, and they were able to fix it quickly. Had an excellent experience with VIP. My 2010 Scion XD had an electrical issue and its usually a nightmare to fix stuff like that, but the team was excellent, found the root issue and addressed it very timely. Highly recommended if you're experiencing issues like that! Thanks again guys!
