Mark had a laid back professional and personable attitude. Very approachable and not pushy. From the minute I called him to the times I went to the dealership, he kept composure, willingness and wanting to help me. He gave me top price for my trade in and worked a deal to meet my needs without the push most salesman give. When we left the car light went on saying the remote battery was low, Mark ordered the battery for me at no charge with no questions asked. I can not praise Mark enough for all he did. Excellent workmanship!

I have purchased three cars from VIP Auto (sales person Rosi). I will keep referring my friends and family to this dealership, because I know that VIP Auto will not sell a piece of junk, to make a quick buck. These people are honest and stand behind the cars they sell. Additionally, they always manage to get me financed at a better inters rate than my credit union.

Avoid them. Was in the processing of buying a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 58k miles. Saw that front tires were almost bold when initially looking at it. They said they would replace them. Was told the next day they put new tires on. Also found the bottom on the transmission was wet with oil. Was told it was from a previous repair. Took the car to our trusted family mechanic to be checked before finalizing the purchase. Mechanic found a number of issues including: Dry rotted front tires (Mind you they said they put new ones on) Fluid leak from steering rack Oil leak around transmission Front and rear brake pads smoked AC not functioning properly (Potential $1500 repair if it's the evaporator) Engine hesitates under load Mechanic advised us to walk away from it unless they would
