It is rare that a business with outstanding reviews exceeds any preconceived notions you can develop reading it's reviews. VIP Collision is that rare exception, Steve was with me through the entire process (even before my ...be nice ...be nice, dog excrement insurance company assigned me an adjuster more than a week after I filed my claim, thanks progressive) sometimes I felt he was more frustrated on my behalf than I was. That's not to even mention the quality of the work car looks brand new. I wish there was a level specifically for businesses like VIP a platinum star or something just to distinguish the best of the best.

Wow, I see why the high reviews. Absolutely a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call to final pick of the fully repaired car. Repaired fairly minor parking lot damage to rear quarter panel. Since the car was fully driveable, I coordinated a visit to have the shop estimate the cost, order parts and coordinate bringing it back after the parts arrived. That kept my actual repair days down. Shop was very cooperative in working to keep my loss of car time to a minimum. Would absolutely use again/recommend.
