VIP Hand Wash

I paid $28 for half ass car wash. They didn’t even wipe the inside of my car down correctly nor even tried. The coffee stains are still there and the whole purpose was getting the full package was for them to clean the inside. Basically the car was for nothing and my tired not shining even tho I paid extra for that! Terrible my last time there! I’m really mad is hell because I paid a car wash for nothing.

SCRATCHED THE CRAP OUT MY CAR. VIP Hand wash shame on you. You can do an entire walk around my car and not find a single scratch considering it’s literally brand new. I always heard to only do hand washes to minimize scratches on the car. The first time I come here not only did they do a horrible job with the outside wash. It wasn’t dried properly at all so it looked like crap but they scratched the hell out my paint. I went to the manager (as seen in the picture) and after telling him my problem that their towel or drying mat scratched it so bad that it looked partly keyed I was told “prove it” then he continued to laugh in my face (as you can see in the picture). Scratched my window tint, and outside of my car. Didn’t even clean one window. Tried calling them and their number doesn’t even go anywhere. Wouldn’t recommend. Least you can do is change out the towels with each wash so you don’t scratch peoples cars.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I paid for both interior and exterior cleaning, but even though my car is a 2-door sedan, they charged me the price of an SUV. I was surprised when, in less than 10 minutes, they told me my car was ready — I thought it meant they were fast and efficient. To my disappointment, the front of the car hadn’t even been sprayed with water, and the interior was just as dirty as before, clearly showing they didn’t even use a vacuum. When I approached the staff for an explanation, they told me that if I wanted my vehicle properly cleaned, I’d have to pay extra. I have no problem paying a fair price, but at least be upfront about it from the start — otherwise, it feels like a scam to take your money and give you whatever level of service they want, not the one

The new management is great. They provide great customer service and everyone is friendly assistive and always have a smile on their face. They cleaned my exterior and interior outstanding. They have different packages that accommodate with your likes on how you want your car cleaned. If your satisfied with their work and know you will be coming back definitely ask about their rewards program.
