I’m extremely disappointed and angry about the way my father was treated at this shop. Over $500 for replacing ONE ignition coil is absolutely insane! All this for a simple misfire on one cylinder. This is highway robbery. It feels like you took advantage of an older customer who trusted your shop. When I called to ask for an explanation, I was basically told “that’s how much dealers charge.” That is not an explanation, it’s an excuse. You are not a dealer, and even if you were, that doesn’t justify charging absurd prices without proper transparency or alternatives. You recommended replacing all coils, but then charged a massive amount even for replacing just one. No breakdown, no fair comparison, no honesty.
