VIP Tires & Service absolutely saved my weekend. Yesterday morning I was leaving a gathering of friends up in NH when I ended up stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire. Since it was a Sunday (and the day before MLK Day), finding an open shop nearby was tough, VIP was one of the only reasonably close options that was open, and the only place that actually had the correct tires in stock for my 2023 Tesla Model 3 Performance. From the very first phone call, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They confirmed they could help, got me in quickly when I arrived, and had my car in the bay within minutes. These guys are really good they know what they’re doing. They are polite, friendly great guys. If I was younger I would be interested in working there. They are great team players. Very rare in our working atmosphere today. Team work is a must treasure if you can find it in the work force today. Very, Very rare today. This company knows what it takes to keep you coming back. Pure up front honest, team work atmosphere with employees. I just can’t say enough. Except keep it guys. This is what keeps loyal customers coming back. Not the greed.

VIP Tires & Service offers amazing service and I will be going back. Yesterday, my car battery died after work and I was scrambling to find somewhere that would be open on Sunday to look at/fix my car. I ended up calling and they said they could take my car but couldn't guarantee that they could work on it same day with how busy they were. I was towed in around 2:30, and was driving my car home around 5. Not only did they diagnose what was wrong with my car, they were able to fix it same day. They replaced my battery and my spark plugs, answered all of my questions about how to maintain my car, and explained every step of the process to fix my car. Again, I am so thankful that they were able to fit me in and get my car up and running!

VIP provided amazing customer service when my car got towed there by AAA for a flat tire. It was the coldest night of the year and I was wearing shorts and we left the car in the VIP parking lot overnight for next day service. AAA recommended VIP specifically for Tesla tire service. The team was courteous and professional and provided great information regarding my tires. They put back all of the valve stem caps for me on all the tires and Jeremy even helped me top off the tire pressure for cold weather. Highly recommended.

This place has been amazing for my repairs and installations. They were quick, but efficient and reliable. I have no reason to never go back for auto repairs.
