Great experience at VIP Tires & Service! The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and made sure my car was taken care of. Service was fast, professional, and my car drives so much better now. I really appreciated how smooth and easy they made the whole process. Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome! Very courteous, kind and friendly, and fast. I called multiple times to check on batteries and the service tech was polite each time. Getting the batteries installed took less than an hour. Very grateful.

AL was extremely helpful from my first phone call, he was fair and accurate with his pricing, very accommodating. I had break pads, rotors, and four new tires installed. Update: After working with Mark one of the managers I was able to bring the jeep back in. The technician immediately took the jeep in and began inspecting it. I was called a few hours later and told he was able to fix all additional problems mentioned below at no additional cost. I am glad Mark was able to assist me. I brought my jeep wrangler in for four new tires, shocks and an alignment. I was called the following day stating I would need a tie rod too, which I said go ahead and complete the work. Total costing me over 4 thousand dollars. When I went to pick up my jeep my windshield wipers were on and would not turn off. When I went back inside the store I was repeatedly told “this is how the jeep was dropped off.” My wipers were functioning normal prior to the service work. My concer

I can’t say enough good things about VIP Tires. Every time I’ve gone in, they’ve been straightforward and honest, never trying to upcharge or push unnecessary services. That kind of integrity is rare and so appreciated. On top of that, the employees are hardworking and kind.
