I can’t say enough good things about Seth, Glen, and Bobby at VIP! After needing a jump the day before, I stopped at a nearby parts store to have my battery checked—they turned me away, even though they weren’t busy. Thankfully, VIP was right next door. Even though they had four appointments booked, they offered to check my battery anyway (not something they normally do). It tested completely dead, and they immediately offered to install a new one for me on the spot! To top it off, I had my Redbone Coonhound and my daughter’s Springer Spaniel with me—on one leash—and they kindly let me bring the dogs inside while they worked. They treated me like a priority—and a true VIP. Above and beyond service, kindness, and care. Highly recommend!

Chris is Gone and Garth, Rick, Bobby and Seth and the whole team are doing a great job. In these uncertain times it is great to have the team at VIP on my side helping me keep The four cars I am responsible for maintaining in safe and good working order. I needed a State Inspection done. So as I have done in the last couple of years I went to VIP Tires and Service at 48 Jones Rd. in Milford, NH. I dropped off my 2022 Escape at 8am and went out to breakfast with my girlfriend. A short time later VIP sent me a message saying that my battery test came back ”BAD”, They even attached a picture of their battery tester display showing the "BAD" results and that it would cost me over $400 for them to do a replacement. I was immediately concerned because not too long ago I had my scheduled maintenance done at my Ford Dealership and nothing was said about my battery being on the verge of needing replacement. Accommodated my husband and I so kindly in needing their opinion on a car purchase from a retired mechanic down the street. Jack, incredibly patient, showed us everything that stuck out to him and to note for the future due to age but the car was considered “super clean” and he explained yesterday he saved other buyers out of purchasing a complete lemon. I myself alone had 50 questions and my husband matched the volume closely. Jack seemed to genuinely enjoy enlightening us with his plethora of knowledge. Pleasant personnel, quality tires, timely service, plus free coffee and wi-fi. They installed the tires and did a four-wheel alignment while I waited in the coffee nook(?). They made smart work of it, and I was on my way. (with a much lighter wallet :) ).
