VIP Tires & Service

Jeremy and Alan were next level service. They even went to VIP Londonderry to get preferred winter-rated tires for my appointment over the weekend—Jeremy coordinated and Alan kindly made the trip. The shop was great too, super efficient.

My car needed a new tires so I called around to get some prices and VIP in Tilton definitely had the best deal going! I worked with Alan and he was fantastic and informative! I would even say he probably went above and beyond. But I got four new tires and an alignment and I’ll definitely be going back.

Jeremy and the team were outstanding. They fit us in the schedule when it would have been very easy for them to tell us that they were booked. They treated us like a family shop (dare I say better than)! If you’re reading this and wondering “should I do business here?” All I can say is ‘absolutely’. Customer service was top notch and the actual service was great 10/10 recommend.

Great customer service and price. Tires had to be special ordered. Which Morgan explained. They came in and I picked them up today. Will be back to have mounted when I get the wheels in. Morgan and a guy from the shop brought the tires to my vehicle in tire bags and loaded them for me. Nice attention to detail.

Bought tires at a fair price which were mounted and balanced quickly. The drive home was smooth and quiet with the new tires. Good job by VIP.
