VIP Tires & Service

I have only really recently discovered VIP!! Although I know many who have a big range of auto needs, serviced there, I have been happy w/ my dealership attention. Today was different - an appointment to decide why 1 tire has been needing continual air pressure?! It turned out that it wasn’t a fixable air leak, but 2 different tire punctures. VIP manager, Casey, and point people Pablo and Gilly and discussed with me, what to do .. my current tires were in top condition and the decision was made that I would be able to replace 1 new one to match. They located the needed tire, and Casey went to p/u the new tire @ another location. Staff was nice enough. An inspection for a new car really shouldn’t take more than 10-15 minutes. I was there for half an hour, they weren’t busy and my info was already in the computer. Had to go to the desk to see if I was ready to checkout with my key hanging on the board. Not really a complaint but they knew I was waiting and should have let me know the car was done.

I had a slow leak in my rear left tire and could see a nail. VIP got me right in and fixed the problem for a super reasonable price. They also gave me a free wheel alignment. I recommend them highly!

Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. My son’s car was also serviced one day ahead of my State Inspection. His car had died when he was up from NYC and his vehicle was ready as promised. My son’s car received a new alternator and general service while I received my Inspection sticker in record waiting time! Great knowledgeable place for your car needs.

I needed my car State Inspection done. I went online, made an appointment, showed up at the designated time and was all done in an hour. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Good job!
