As a young woman without much car knowledge, I’m always worried about getting overcharged or taken advantage of by repair shops. A friend recommended virgin automotive to me and now I’ll never go anywhere else! Chris is friendly, honest, knowledgeable and operates his business with integrity. I had gotten a quote from the dealership for some repairs, but Chris took the time to look it over and explained exactly what needed to be fixed and what wasn’t necessary, saving me over $1,000. He even took the time to show and explain to me what exactly is going on with my car. If you're looking for a trustworthy, reliable mechanic with an endless supply of dad jokes this is the place to go!

I highly recommend Virgin Automotive! After receiving 2 estimates for a recent needed car repair that varied greatly as to what the problem was I went to Chris. He was able to determine the actual problems and showed me first hand what needed to be repaired. He gave me an estimate and did the repairs in a timely manner with no surprises in the end when it came time to pay the bill. I found Chris honest and personable and will definitely be bringing my car back to him for future repairs.

Excellent, honest, work & service. I went there to have a rattle fixed in Chris noticed that there was some relatively new work on under my hood, and suggested that I take it back to where I had that work done as it should be covered under warranty. He charged me nothing and it was covered under warranty. So, when I say, honest, I really mean honest. Everyone I know who’s had worked on there has been extremely pleased.
