Both my scheduled appointment and my same-day service later in the week were excellent. The folks up at the front were pleasant and honest and seemed interested in helping us get a good deal, even with the unexpected issues with our car and getting it up to passing inspection. They made a situation that was very stressful for me much more relaxed and had a good sense of humor, too. Plus, they took our god-awful rattling exhaust cover off when the last place told me they couldn't!

Worst experience ever getting my car oil change. I had a coupon and I thought why not try somewhere new. BAD IDEA! DO NOT COME HERE! It took 2 hours for my oil change and for them to not do a light bulb replacement. I came in on time. I brought with me the lights I needed installed in my car. I was told they didn’t know how to remove the old lights since it was a little rusty. Do not trust these people to even change a light! There are products for helping remove rusty lights. I was STILL charged for the light change and they KEPT MY light bulbs. I asked for my light bulbs back, and was told they left them in the car. I had to look through my whole car and drive back because that was a lie and even when I came back they still wouldn’t give me back all my light bulbs. I had to go out and bu

Great service and great work! Everyone in the shop was very nice and informative even finished head of time.just for information purpose I had a bad water pump. Pricing was also fair. Got my car back and it was running like brand new again! I would recommend them if you need work done.

I’m so glad i took my car to VA Automotive. Being able to make an appointment for an oil change bundled with a state inspection was so easy, without waiting all day long for service, the way you have to do at other places. You can also tell that the staff and workers are very knowledgeable at their craft. Thanks for taking care of me.

Everyone at Virginia Auto Service was so friendly and helpful. I came for an inspection and was able to get my oil changed and brakes done at the same time. Fast friendly service and at a great price too!!
