I was on this journey looking for a mercedes engine for my car, and had already went through 2 motors that I had bought from 2 other locations and they were both trash, I call Virginia motor specialist to give another try on buying another motor and let me tell you im so glad that I did, first of all a lady named Heather was just the most polite and extremely helpful and attentive, answered all my questions, and believe me I asked a lot, because of the experience i had with the last 2 motors, and she was so patient with me and overall in the end she had provided me with exactly what she told me I would get, I got a nice clean motor that runs perfect and I couldn't be happier,,, im back the road in my mercedes now, with a big smile, thanks again HEATHER

My purchase experience here was amazing, I had Heather helped me find a couple of parts that i needed, one of the parts she had it in stock and the other she didn’t, but she still helped me find it through another place , which in my book was amazing because she still went out of way to help me find the part even though it wasn’t profitable for her, that shows great customer service, I recommend this place anyone who’s looking for great parts and service, I will be coming back
