I went to buy my bumper had painted. That ask for a curtain amount which I paid for. When the part arrived I ask if they can install it, “they said yes” I was charged for that as-well. When I picked up my vehicle they told me that they had to charge a little bit more. I asked why they said come to the store will discuss it here. Very bad customer service. Will no longer buy from here. And to top it off the guy that answers the phone very rude no customer service whatsoever. If I can give zero stars I would, but I had to put at least one they don’t deserve any.

DO NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL!! I went to go get my windshield replaced and they broke my windshield wipers. My wipers worked before I went to go get it fixed. A week later it was raining and my winsheild wipers werent working anymore. I called 2 mechanics, they both said something went wrong when they installed the windshield. So i went back and i explained to the lady in the front what happened, and she told me i shouldve looked before leaving with my car. I told her why would i be worried with my wipers if they were only supposed to fix my windshield and she started telling the guys who works there "segun" my wipers were broken. She was very rude in general. So i asked the guy to please come check it out. My grandmother and I started explaining what happened, and he started saying that they "

Worst service ever. I dropped my truck off at 12pm. Came back at 8pm to check if my truck was ready. Still hadn't even been worked on. Didn't talk to anyone e till 8:30pm. So I waited 30 mins to talk to someone. Got a call back at 9:26pm to let me know my truck was ready. I live by lbj high school so It took me a minute to get here. Then when I get here they are closed. Rude family. Terrible service.

This place is incredibly Rude, unfortunately the only place in Laredo. I’d rather travel to a surrounding city than to ever do business with them again. The workers are rude, the mangers are rude. They are no help, and they raise prices as they please. Laredo needs Better. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

My fault for not reading the reviews, never again will I do business with this place. Long story short, I took my son's truck for paint, hood and roof only. Took it in on a tues and was told it be ready by Friday, Saturday the most. It's been 10 days and not ready yet. Each time we call, we get the same answer, "it'll be ready tomorrow." Twice I've asked for pictures to see if they even started on it. I haven't received anything. The rude lady on the phone told me , I should've read the sign that says we are short handed in staff. I told her you shouldn't have told me an end date and keep telling me it'll be ready tomorrow. 10 days and counting, stay away from this place.
