I took my vehicle in today 09/24/25 to take off two rust welded stripped bolts to put on a new catalytic converter. I had already bought the cat and all of the bolts that came with the cat was in my vehicle already. for two hours they charged me 275 dollars and a 12 dollar material fee. Not to mention a couple months ago, I took the same car in for an oil change, and to tighten up my heat shields because it was rattling under my vehicle every time it was idling. I got it back, and my breaks felt very very different, and squishy. I went to work and my breaks went out on the highway. While I was driving. I had to pull my E brake and pull over, but when I put break fluid in it emptied almost immediately. I called back and explained the situation, and when I brought it in to fix it, they had M

I have been pretty loyal to Virtue Motors over the years for many reasons.The sales staff has been very reasonable on our trade -in values, and always a pleasure to work with on purchasing a new vehicle.They went out of their on finding , and getting our last two vehicles . With me being a First-Responder, they always treat me right , with some kind of discount. That has always gone along ways with me . The service department is always reliable, and dependable, I love the small town local pickup, and drop off when your vehicle needs to be serviced.Lastly ,It’s always nice walking in and seeing local faces at the sales desks ready to assist with .
