AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They are UNRELIABLE, UNTRUSTWORTHY, and utterly INCOMPETENT. I had the misfortune of dealing with them for 3 MONTHS on a repair job that was supposed to take 14 DAYS. They had me pick up my car TWICE before it was even close to being finished. Both times, I was lied to and told everything was done, only to find out later that it was not. The final product was a disaster. Dashboard lights were still on, the hood was not aligned properly overlapping with one of the headlights. The communication was non-existent, and the promises they made were nothing but empty words. DO NOT TRUST THIS BODY SHOP. They will take advantage of you and leave you with a car that's not even fixed properly. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Save yoursel

Mr. Kinder from Hoyo Negro helped me. He was very professional. They replaced my vehicle's door and repaired my trunk. Now my car looks like new in record time.
