Updated Review: I wanted to provide an update on our recent vehicle purchase. Overall, we’re still very happy with the car itself and the sales experience — our salesperson and the sales department were fantastic, and the car is absolutely beautiful. That said, there have been a few issues since the purchase. The day after bringing the car home, it needed full rear brakes, including the parking brake. The dealership addressed this promptly and provided a loaner vehicle while ours was being repaired, which we appreciated. They even offered a complimentary undercoating, though unfortunately it wasn’t applied correctly and had to be redone. While that was disappointing, we understood mistakes can happen. My Wife and I just recently traded a vehicle in and bought a 25' Jeep Wagoneer with the help of Nico and I know my wife was in touch with many others throughout the whole process all equally as helpful and were extremely patient as we personally worked through a situation with our trade in that delayed our pick up by over a week. Our Wagoneer was undercoated prior to pick up through another branch of theirs and it looks very well done and not dripping all over like many others. I had a 1pm appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Come 3pm I was still sitting there. I spoke with my service advisor Donna Ennis. She is the one who made my service a 5 star rating. She was understanding, compassionate, and told me what was going on. I'd rather hear the truth than given some BS story. Within 20 mins she had me out and my car was set. My recommendation would be not scheduling your car on a Saturday because they tend to be short staffed. All in all, great service!!

After going to two other dealerships looking for the right trade in offer on my honda crv, I wandered into vision and was greeted right away by Nico and I was offered exactly what I was hoping to get for my trade in. Nico got me into a 2019 jeep cherokee that ive had my eye on at a good price and made the buying process very relaxed, quick, and easy. I will be returning soon for a car for my daughter.
