Visual FX Custom Paint & Body

I dropped in there a couple of months ago to see about having fender flares put on my RX-7. The lady at the desk (after making me stand there for 5 minutes, with no other customers there) was about as unprofessional as they came and pretty much down right rude. I have read through the reviews on here and it seems to be a common theme when referring to interfacing with customers/potential customers. It appears they do very good work, but their customer service (i.e. direct customer/potential customer communications) leave much to be desired. One would think that by now, the owner would have "fixed" the problem. I now have a 1978 camaro that needs a full paint job and unfortunately, because of my previous experience, there is no chance I would bring my car to them and will being going elsew

Brought my Mustang in after dogs attacked it, no joke! Stacy handled checking in my car. Stacy was in communication with regular updates and setting expectations. The car looks so amazing now! The experience at visual fx and with their team exceeded my expectations. 10/10 recommend. I received my car back clean inside and out. All smiles here. Thank you to the whole team for all your hard work!!!

Had both my front and back bumper repainted and the results were flawless. The paint match was perfect, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. They were communicative, honest, and had great customer service throughout the process. I’ll definitely be returning to get my grill taken care of next!

I was in a car accident and took my car to this body shop. Before I did I called to make sure they work with the person who hit me insurance and to see how close Enterprise was. Leslie was very helpful and explained the process to me and Enterprise is in the same office, making this a one stop shop. I had my car towed to the shop, signed a couple of papers and Leslie went over the timeline. I walked to Enterprise (4-5 steps away) and got my rental. I was there less than 39 minutes. This was literally the smoothest process. Leslie was very communicative regarding the repairs and when to expect to have it completed. I received my car about a week later and I have no complaints. I had a very pleasant experience.

I was very pleased with the work they did to my car! Super easy communication and the work was done quickly. Looked amazing and I’m very happy, I had to get an entire new trunk from factory. Paint looked great as well as install of my duckbill. My car is my baby, so I’ll be bringing her back if i ever need to. My car was nice and detailed and smelled like I just got it off the lot!
