I purchased a 2017 Dodge Durango R/T from this dealership in December 2025. Within miles of leaving the lot, the vehicle experienced mechanical failure. The dealership repaired it, but the same issue occurred again shortly after. While the vehicle was in their possession, my son’s wallet and belongings were left inside. The wallet was later returned, but $250 in cash was missing. I was told by Mr. Ernesto Escobar that the matter is “under investigation,” but no resolution has been provided. We met with management in person, and they refused to release us from the contract despite the repeated mechanical issues and overall situation. The Viva Auto Group is by far the worst Auto Group (dealership) I have personally dealt with. They DO NOT even deserve a 1 star rating but thats as low as I could go. They are full of lies and they just pass you around when your questions get tough. Thoroughly disgusted with this business. Just the worst business I've ever had dealings with.

Viva Jeep is the biggest waste of time ever. Had issues from the beginning and shouldn’t have boughten a car through them. It’s been 45 days still no pay off plates nothing. General manager won’t return my call. All finance people says different things. One says they mail the check and the next say they wire it.

I am so disappointed in how my situation has been handled. One of the previous posters talked about how they treat you like family before the purchase and then afterwards, they don’t care. That is exactly what I’m going through. I am trying to get them to refund my money since May for a warranty I canceled. Nothing yet. Viva kept blaming the warranty company, but the warranty did everything they needed to do. Come to find out I was never supposed to have even contacted the warranty co in the first place. Everything was supposed to have gone through the dealership. However, no one there knows what they are doing. I’ve gotten so many different answers as to how it needed to be handled from viva.
