Viva Kia Service

Mr. Sanchez and the Kia service department were solid. Things were extremely busy and hectic, but Mr. Sanchez still made time for us and treated us like real customers, not an inconvenience. He was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. That kind of service matters, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Much appreciated.

My wife and I both have 2020 KIA SUVs, purchased in our previous town. We have been using Viva KIA for almost 2 years now and have nothing but good things to say about them. John, the service manager, has gone beyond normal to help us get things covered by warranty on more than one occasion and Angie, our service adviser, stays in touch and communicates well with me via text. Excellent service and fair pricing !

I took my Kia in because of recalls. I called 2 weeks in advance, and they gave me an appointment. I dropped my car off an hour before my appointment time. They took only 2-3 hours to fix it. I didn't have any issues.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not make appointments if you can't meet your obligations to your customers. I had an 11am appointment and was told once I arrived that my car would go in line and be seen when it is seen, possibly two days. None of this was disclosed when I made my appointment. I came back 24hrs later my car was still not seen so I took my car. Horrible business model DO NOT GO HERE. Take your car to Casa Kia.

My vehicle has been in the shop for 2 weeks and I still have not gotten an answer as to what is going to be done to it. A service adviser assigned to my vehicle does not work there anymore and the service manger was suppose to get back to me but this is the second day waiting. Very poor customer service.
