Grae and Thao were really great to work with. I brought in a brand new car to them to get full coverage PPF and Grae, before even talking about products or services, connected with and shared my excitement for the new vehicle. I was already on board. Having shopped around a quite a bit beforehand, this was enormously refreshing. Both Grae and Thao were very accommodating throughout the install process. The products and services on offer with VIVË are not the cheapest in the city, but I wasn't looking to save a buck for my vehicle. The quality of the install and how well it was managed and presented to me was above and beyond the money spent. I had a significant scrape down to metal across two panels on a family vehicle and was worried about the bodywork and color match.
