VIVE Collision of Albany

I had to have my Tesla Model 3’s charge port door replaced under warranty because the charge status light stopped working. The Tesla service center in Latham accidentally nicked the paint while removing or installing the charge port. They followed protocol to fix it, but it wasn’t the best. To make amends, they contacted VIVE Collision, a Tesla-certified repair shop. The Tesla service center informed me that their insurance would cover the repairs. I dropped off my car at VIVE Collision last week and picked it up this morning before work. I couldn’t even tell that the paint had been nicked. The techs here at VIVE Collision seem to have done an absolutely spotless job with the repair. They kept me in touch with updates while my car was getting fixed. Very good body shop. Very quick with service. The employees are kind and professional. Car came back looking better than when I bought it. They update you constantly via email during the repair process. Definitely would go there again if needed. Debra and Robert were pretty awesome.

The best and easiest repair to date. Vive was professional timely and took care of everything for us Highly recommend!!! Not many certified Tesla repair shops and the other local one (Keehler ) was not easy and doesn’t like to take insurance for repairs wants you to pay upfront thousands of $ . Doesn’t explain process. Vive explained everything and was so great.

I got a bumper replaced by Vive through an insurance claim. They communicated directly with State Farm so I didn’t need to do anything except call and make my rental reservation. They work with enterprise so enterprise picked me up at my drop off to bring me to their rental office. I could leave my rental at Vive at drop off. The bumper looks great and my car seemed well taken care of! It took 1.5 weeks to complete the job and they gave me two updates during that time. It was paid through insurance but the total cost was just over $2000 for the new bumper.

My husband and I were extremely satisfied with our car repair following our collision. The staff at VIVE were kind, helpful and made the experience as easy as possible. The woman at the front desk reminded me to grab my EZPASS from the rental which saved me a return trip! I will be recommending VIVE to family and friends for their collision repair needs.
