Vive did a great job on my vehicle. The staff were all super nice. Dawn is amazing as she kept me updated the whole time and made the process super easy.

Botched repair on Alfa Romeo. Can’t even drive the car because the hood won’t stay closed. It was perfectly fine before they “took my car apart”. Unclear if that’s what really happened as I’m getting told 2 different stories. Manager pretty much just put the problem on me after letting me know they didn’t actually take anything apart etc. Go anywhere else that’d stand behind their work.

My Tesla Model Y was hit while parked on the side of the road, and I unfortunately did not have Sentry mode on to record the event. I searched around for repair facilities that were authorized by Tesla, and I'm very happy I found Professionals Auto Body. From the moment I made the appointment, Dawn was helpful in scheduling and getting me a rental car through Enterprise. They also gave me a tour of the facility when I dropped off the vehicle which was very unique to me and nice since I lived 2 hours away. Dawn kept me updated throughout the process with phone calls and emails. The only part that was stressful for me, was when there was a miscommunication between my auto insurance and PAB that led to PAB starting repairs even though my insurance deemed the vehicle as a total loss. Dawn, Joe and the whole team were exceptional in doing my repairs and helping out with a difficult situation. The team was kind and considerate when my insurance decided they were going to low ball PAB’s work and not pay for things that were requirements and just deserved by myself as a loyal customer. Dawn kept me updated the entire time and such a help in assisting me in the justice I deserved. I’m so happy to have my baby back and she’s beautiful once again, thanks to PAB! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my repairs!
