VIVE Collision of Englishtown

I originally left this shop a 5-star review because, at the beginning of the repair process, the staff told us Progressive was pushing back on necessary safe parts and proper repairs. Based on those conversations, I believed the shop was advocating for a safe and thorough repair. However, my experience changed significantly. When we went to pick up the vehicle, the rear tire sensors — which were one of the original reasons the vehicle was brought in — were still not functioning, and there were additional unresolved issues. The vehicle was released without passing proper quality control. The shop manager later acknowledged that the car was not properly fixed at that time. What followed was concerning. The responsibility appeared to shift back and forth between the shop and Progressive.

Best auto body shop around. Great front office staff, friendly woman who was a big help getting me started. Received daily updates on status of my vehicle and great communication. Thank you Vive. My car looks brand new again.

Someone drove into my car on the red light, and I hit another car in front of me. My brand new 2025 car was damaged back and front. We were heartbroken. That guy was found guilty, and his insurance recommended this shop. I can't Thank enough. From the first call, they scheduled drop off appointment. They often emailed me with the updates, and finished job a week earlier than was expected. My car looks like accident never even happened. Amazing job !!! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!
