I recently had my new tires and rims installed at Vix Tire Service, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, Giovanni and his staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. The installation of my new chrome rims and tires was efficient and done with obvious care. They took the time to balance the tires and install the weights on the inside of the rim, so the installation turned out Car Show Quality. Absolutely perfect. They explained the warranty and even cleaned and shined the tires and rims. What really stood out, though, was their commitment to customer service. Had my tires shipped to Vix from Tire Rack. I requested 4 new TMPS sensors, as the old ones were removed by the previous owner. They installed tires and sensors, no problem. These guys provide great service in a timely manner and at a good price. I highly recommended them.
