Mike P created an excellent experience for me when I visited to get a repair done. Expert and courteous, I'm actually enjoying my wait. Yes, I'm the type of man that prefers to wait. I was delivered a complete inspection video to review while I waited. Brilliant. Now I can plan and schedule needed repairs. This facility opened in April 2025, I think, and I know it's the largest and most spacious in the USA. Waiting isn't hard. I'm drinking a free coffee latte (fresh ground)... there's a free movie theater, and there's chargers for your laptop and cell phone everywhere. Several screens and waiting rooms later (as I roam to see this beautiful facility), I wandered around the new car floor. Salesmen everywhere, but none hawked me to buy. That's great and unusual!!! We had a better than expected sales experience. I had no intentions of buying a car that day and I was ready to move on early. However, our salesman Eruba was kind but also persistent. He worked with Walter in Finance to find the best combo of vehicle available, meeting our needs, and price. Our final finance mgr Kristofer was very thorough and upfront during the paperwork process. Ive never owned a VW before but I would heavily consider another in the future.

Michael Pugitore was great. Explained everything and took care of me on a very busy Saturday. Happy with the way the Atlas drove home with the alignment. There was a recall and fixed that too not to mention the remote started was on the fritz and Adrian Munoz took care of that. Wished they had a valet service so I didn't have to walk to the gym as the receptionist on Wednesday said they had one. All in all would go back forsure.

Absolutely ABYSMAL Customer service. Who wants to do business with Volkswagen if their employees are rude? If it wasn’t for the fact that it’s the only Volkswagen dealership between Galveston and South Houston,I would take it somewhere else for factory parts and service. Do not come here for Sales,Service,or especially Parts. If the people here don’t like the job then they shouldn’t work there,plenty of good people who would be happily willing to take their jobs and I hope they do.

If I could give the service department here 0 stars I would. Months ago my vw was having really bad problems we were told to bring it here because we needed a specialist. Little did we know they would keep my car for 4 months. Any time we wanted to know updates we would have to call they never called us. They lost my keys. And just had no sense of making sure my car was okay as quickly as possible. They don’t care about making the customer satisfied or updated they only care about the money they make from it.
