Needed a recall repair and Rodney in the service department did a great job!! The car was ready even earlier than his estimate. Would definitely come here again.

Very much enjoy getting my vehicle serviced at this location. It’s out of my way yet the service staff and the front office staff are very personable as well as professional. The waiting area is quiet, clean, technology friendly as well as comfortable.

If your VW is having issues PLEASE make sure you don’t get Robert, or just avoid this place and go to Alpharetta VW. They scammed us out of thousands to fix things we didn’t come in here for, and didn’t need replacing. They also messed up the one thing we needed and refused to make it right, or fix the other issues it then caused leading the car to be completely busted now. Women especially, don’t come in here alone. They will not listen to you, even if you know what you’re talking about. Horrible experience.

Volkswagon Marietta is a great place. The staff is both respectful and professional. They explain everything dealing with your service and give you options that are affordable for you. I recommend anyone with a Volkswagon to come here. They will take care of you.

A 3+ month fiasco ended with great service and tied up loose ends with VW of Marietta. A low oil issue started in March, and after topping up the oil multiple times myself, changing the oil by my neighborhood mechanic once, and changing the oil by the VW in Chamblee twice, I still had no answers as to why my car was going through oil so quickly. I brought my Jetta into VW of Marietta and Robert was on top of the entire service journey, including communication with the car warranty company and setting me up with a loaner. I didn't pay a dime until the entire process was over and I knew exactly what the issue was, unlike VW of Chamblee that charged a diagnostic fee without providing an ultimate diagnosis other than low oil.
