Terrible experience. The service was extremely poor and the staff was very unprofessional. There was a clear lack of transparency and the whole process felt misleading. Communication was bad, questions were ignored, and I felt completely disrespected as a customer. It honestly seemed like they only care about making a sale and not about treating people fairly. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are many other businesses that actually value their customers.
Overpriced oil change! Very unpleasant personnel with snarky remarks! In my opinion I wouldn’t have. Ever given them 1 star, they definitely deserve 5 - Zeros across the board!
