Terrible dealership experience, I went in set on buying a Golf R that day and the experience there led me down a rabbit hole to buying a Civic Type R instead. I scheduled a test drive for a manual 2024 Golf R and during the drive they led me around the block and back into the lot. I was caught off-guard by how short the lap was and had spent nearly no time checking out the vehicle dynamics. Still, I wanted to talk numbers but had an appointment at the Toyota dealership next door so I asked if we could get some quick numbers and we could come back. They mocked the idea of getting a Japanese car and then mocked rear-wheel cars (this is not an exaggeration and it still baffles me to this day). This place is totally a scam! I would give them 0 star if Yelp has that option! Came in for winter special service package, including oil change, oil filter, tire rotation, windshield wipers, top off fluids, multi inspections. Got a gift card from Mo with the amount of $99.97 for the whole package. Before I left the car, I asked Danny the advisor how much will it cost, and he told me I just have to pay the different because the package only includes 5 quarts but my Atlas need another quart. He failed to let me know that I have to pay $99.97 (which doesn't make any sense because I got the gift card for that package!) before they took my car in for service. Drove my car back home and check again. They didn't rotate my tires, didn't change windshield wipers, and off course no fill up fluids!

I go to this location because it's closest to me but I need to start driving farther and going to a different one. None of the staff have ever been rude but their customer service and communication are absolutely awful.

Been waiting 1.5 hours for an oil change still not ready. Not going to get into it but the first service advisor was not helpful or knowledgeable. The second that I worked with was ok. Not feeling a sense of pride or professionalism here. There is a lack of hiring good employees as I had similar problems at Tracy VW where I bought my car.
