Volkswagen of Winchester

We went to Volkswagen of Winchester to discuss the possibility of a trade-in. Honestly, I wasn't expecting the outcome we had. We walked in, greeted by Anthony. Showed him the letter we received (promotion for trade-in). Anthony was helpful. He introduced us to Phil, who would show us our options and hopefully get us into a new car. Phil graciously answered all of my questions and crunched numbers, along with Anthony, finding what fit best for our budget. He did not disappoint. We were able to trade in our 2020 Tiguan for a 2025 Tiguan. Phil walked us out to our new ride and gave us a thorough demonstration on how everything worked, as it is a more high-tech car than we currently had. We met with Mason in Finance, who was just as helpful, friendly, and down to earth. We d

recently had my vehicle serviced here as a new Volkswagen dealership , and overall the experience was very positive. The service team was professional, helpful, and took good care of my car. The only downside is that they no longer offer the complimentary car wash, which was a nice touch that I appreciated in the past.

Phil was great to work with! He had the car I wanted to test drive ready to go when we got there. He's extremely knowledgeable. They were also really fair with my trade. The financing department is really nice as well and no one was pushy. This is my first Volkswagen and I'm greatly impressed so far. I got an Atlas and its amazing!

Phil was a total delight to work with from start to finish. Over the course of months my needs changed and he found me the perfect extra commuter car that I just love. He respected my process and my budget and I am so grateful. Sales managers and finance are also great here and not pushy or aggressive in a cheap way. Highly recommend.

Went in to check out what the VW SUVs looked like while having the oil change in my Honda next door. Ended up leaving with a brand new VW Atlas instead. I love my VW Atlas and am thankful to the team and Ben for handling everything so quickly! Thank you for making us VW owners. I do love Volkswagen and would love any swag for being such an easy buyer! Haha. Ben, y’all have our address and our firstborn now. 😂 A VW sticker or a hat maybe thrown our way, I’m just saying. I’m kinda royalty now in this baller VW n WV. Thanks Volkswagen of Winchester team! Merry Christmas to me!
