One of the best experiences we’ve had buying a car. No pressure sale. All questions answered. Vehicle arrived as expected. Financing was a seamless process. Overview of car functions was catered to our specific questions as well as highlighting new features. They did not end the overview until all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. Great experience! We had a follow-up service appointment that went smoothly. Vlad and the service team provided outstanding service.

I took my vehicle into the service center just to be safe regarding its status and Vlad Z. was my main point-of-contact. He throughly explained the issues within my vehicle, how these issues came to be, what my options were, and how aspects of my warranty could/would be used to help alleviate the costs concerning the varying maintenance. He made what would be a pretty stressful and confusing process extremely clear, straightforward, and overall easy to handle. He also answered all emails/messages regarding my vehicle in a timely, clear, and concise manner. Moreover, a big shoutout to everyone within the service center as everyone I spoke or interacted with were very kind and knowledgeable. Would recommend for any questions or services for your VW vehicle.

Seriously the best!!! We had a leak in our sunroof that my wife and I noticed over the weekend. Dick Hannah got us in immediately since there was a lot of rain in the forecast. I located the issue and brought it up to my service concierge Vlad. Also, if you haven’t worked with Vlad yet he’s the best. He noticed the carpets in the vehicle were soaked and brought up the possibility of mold becoming an issue. He wanted to make sure this wasn’t going to be a health and safety issue for us since we have small children. He reached out to VW and worked out the deal of a lifetime as my warranty from VW was expired. They truly went above and beyond to help fix my car. I showed up unexpectedly with an issue, and without hesitation they took the time to look up my extended warranty and explain exactly what information I needed. When the new part came in, they were efficient and got me scheduled quickly so I could get back on the road. After two replacement parts failed to resolve the problem, they continued investigating and ultimately identified the real issue—which wasn’t even covered under my warranty—and fixed it at no cost. Their honesty, persistence, and dedication to helping me made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m incredibly grateful for their service.

Met with the manager Sam to sign the last of the paperwork on the purchase of my truck. Sam was very pleasant and we finished up quickly.
