Volsar provides top-tier technical service, and Gus's team is highly knowledgeable. While the mechanical work is reliable, the administrative side could be improved--specifically the long lead time for appointments and the high-cost relative to competitors. We plan to continue servicing our vehicles here for the time being, but the current pricing and scheduling friction make it tempting to look elsewhere.

It's the details that count... I've been going to Volsar for 30 years. Yesterday I had to get a battery through AAA and hadn't had a chance to reset the clock. When I got my car back today after being serviced, the clock was correct!! Thank you Gus and Carmello! And the technician who fixed my clock!

I sent my email at 4:22 PM and called the shop at that exact same minute. You had not even opened or read my message when you began yelling, telling me I do not know how the real world works, and threatening to return my car in a broken state. You chose to be insulted before you even knew what I had actually written. ​My concern was never your integrity, but your reaction. As a consumer, I have the right to ask why an invoice is $419 over the market rate for the exact same parts. Met Carmelo and Gus this morning when I took my 23 old truck for an inspection. I have had bad experience at other shops for simple inspections before. Not at Volsar, they were friendly, professional, and honest. I did all the work myself so I know my truck inside out and know nothing is wrong or need fixing. Volsar confirm nothing was needed besides the inspection sticker. I will start bringing my cars here for mechanic work in the future. It’s hard to find honest and good mechanics.
