Volvo Cars Keene Service Department has been absolutely wonderful to work with. From repairs to communication, every aspect of caring for my car has been handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care. Evan has been especially great to work with—he always answers all of my questions, goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of, and makes the entire process feel easy and stress-free. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service is incredibly appreciated. I truly trust my vehicle is in great hands every time I bring it in. Highly recommend!

Recently brought my Volvo S60 in for service and was greeted by Jeff Aho who is always prompt and friendly. Jeff makes sure my vehicle is checked thoroughly and the service was performed properly before I go about my day. I always feel like I’m in good hands!

On January 11, 2025, I had my 2024 S 60 Volvo serviced by Volvo of Keene. I was greeted by Mark, the service writer. He was friendly and prompt in entering my vehicle into the system. After the necessary repairs and maintenance were completed, I had the pleasure of meeting with Michael, the service technician. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the work done on my vehicle. He also encouraged me to get in touch with the service department if I had any other questions or concerns. It’s having people like Michael and Mark on staff that will keep me coming back to Volvo of Keene!

We’ve been so pleased with our Volvo service lately. We couldn’t be happier with the changes made. From the friendly voices who answer the phones to the smiling faces when you walk in the door, I can tell you from past experiences it hasn’t always been this way. The biggest improvement has been adding Jeff to the team. He is personable and professional. He takes time with each customer and explains things in a respectful manner. Thank you!

Amazing overall work on my car. Fixed it perfectly well. A few things were missed in the paid diagnostic though which was disappointing and i now have to fix it myself. Communication can be improved a lot more, takes forever to get in touch with the service advisor, does not respond promptly over emails either.
