They were friendly, warm and very efficient. The receptionist took control, reviewed all that was to take place, directed us on how to save both time and money … she generously put us in an Uber and sent us to have lunch. When we returned 3 hours later our car was serviced, washed and we were on our way. The facilities are beautiful and the staff top notch. Being new to Volvo Louisville having recently moved from California. I am relieved and So happy to have found that the great, professional service continues. Gary McNatton

Everything From our initial conversation, Do our test drive, do her answering my wife’s text messages to figure out how to work little features on the touchscreen after we purchased the car.
