The customer service is great! I need to replace the battery. I had Jared Hudson as my advisor and I had a pleasant experience. He was very nice and only recommend what is needed and don't try to push me to do any services you don't want to do. I was updated throughout the process. He got my car done faster than I had expected. 5 star rating from me!

The service was great I liked that they sent me a video of everything being done. Having said that, I actually went in for a 12V Battery Fault that was impacting drive performance. I was informed that there was no problem and that it was an update error (which was corrected). And the car did run better for about 3 days. Then on my drive this week to work (on the highway) it came back and my car shifted to a crawl while on the highway almost causing me to wreck. I was able to pull over and get home. I have reached back to the service center about this but have not received any response.

This place is busy and has great stuff working! Jared and Pedro are top notch reps and always take care of you. Love coming to this place and we service two of our Volvos there for years now. Prices a bit higher, but service is top and it worth the hassle where you can save few dollars elsewhere.

From the moment I drop off my vehicle, Pedro goes above and beyond setting him apart, he is attentive, detail‑oriented, and genuinely cares, not just about the job, but about his customers wellbeing. Every time I pick up my vehicle, it’s in perfect condition, no uncertainties, everything thoroughly checked and done right. No matter how small my concerns he always takes the time to explain, address it, and ensure there’s no issue. I’ve never walked away with unsatisfactory work or feeling like anything was missed. I'm from Utah and I came in just for some parts even though their parts department was closed Robert maples hooked it up and got me new wiper blade inserts and a top torque arm over the counter. Amazing customer service
