I would give six stars if I could to Jordan D. and the Volvo Cars Tacoma crew for their help in getting me squared away with my 2024 Volvo XC40. Jordan was patient, knowledgeable, personable, kind, and absolutely went above and beyond to ensure I was in the vehicle for me. I sold my very first car, a 2004 Volvo S60, to this dealership in 2019 and purchased a 2014 Volvo V60, and similarly had a great experience both with purchasing and servicing the vehicle. But this particular experience was beyond outstanding. Thank you, Jordan and team!

Bought a 2026 XC-40. The experience was great and love the SUV. Michael Moyer and Anthony Di Martina did a fabulous job. Michael did an excellent job explaining all the features and I will take him up on offer to explain some things did again as there are lots of them. Highly recommend. It was very relaxing and recommend them highly.

Not bringing my car for servicing here. Poor customer service. I have a warranty up until 36k miles and they refused serving it at 32k saying it’s past 30k mileage. When asked to double check by vehicle Vin they said that’s all they can do - which is sell you a car with no guaranteed servicing. Ended up making an appt at Bellevue office bc maybe they are more legit when it comes to servicing and they cover what you paid for.
