review is from service received in 2024. Avoid this service center. I was traveling for work, they knew this as all my information provided was out of the area. I was provided a quote for work, of which i signed but was not provided a copy and did not receive the electronic version like normal. An hour or so later, I was approached and told that they made a mistake and forgot to charge me for the parts, the quote I received was only for labor. I told them never mind, but they said they already had the old part removed and can't put it back on. I fully believe this is a scam they run often on travelers (maybe women) to low ball a repair quote and then get you in a position where you have to pay WAY more than quoted and probably wouldn't have agreed to initially had you known the actual cost

Service advisor Raul Lopez helped me with my vehicle which ended up needing a software update. He was very knowledgable and accommodating. This issue was quickly diagnosed and addressed.

My dealer is southeast Volvo but I put one engine light check service request accidentally at west Houston Volvo here. I was think maybe give them a try. But when I call to confirm the reservation around 11 today, the lady was not friendly. Besides, she told me there is no way to get engine light check on Saturday, I need to drop the car there. But I didn’t inform this when making reservation a week ago. Finally, I cancelled this reservation and just walk-in at my original southeast dealer. They are very helpful and took good care of my car.

Came in for a weird noise under the dash of a “new to me” Polestar 2. Dennis got it taken care of and made sure to explain every step of the process from wait time to warranty coverage and even threw in a free car wash after my service was done! 3 hours later my car is now noise free and squeaky clean! Amazing service department!
