Over time, I have been a loyal customer of Principle Auto. However, I must express my recent dissatisfaction with the quality of their service and professionalism. While the staff has consistently been excellent, I regret to say that my experience with Shawn, the service department manager, has been disappointing. Shawn's approach not only makes customers feel undervalued but also raises concerns about professionalism and potential bias. It is essential that customer care and addressing recurring issues become a priority to ensure overall customer satisfaction. An unsolicited 5 star review. Daniel Lozano was so helpful and kind for the regular maintenance on my 2013 Volvo. This is the type of shop that has time to answer your questions, and not make you feel rushed or unsure. They kept me updated along the way. I didn’t have to call and pester them for updates, they were on top of it providing updates via phone call and text. When they provided a cost estimate for the work to be done I called a couple of other mechanics to see what their pricing would be on the same job, for both parts and hourly rates on labor. I found that their pricing was fair and comparable. This shop is trustworthy. When the cost estimate was provided it included a video of them looking under the hood of my car and showing me exactly what needed to be addressed. I did not
