Volvostop

Paul and his crew are straight forward honest mechanics, which are very hard to come by today. I recently took my Volvo to Paul for issues with my market lights and turn signals. Paul could have easily charged me to resolve the problem; instead he diagnosed my problem and showed me how I could resolve the issue with user replaceable parts. He even showed me where I could buy the parts. The parts came in and I followed his instructions and my market lights and turn signals are back to working! I know other mechanics would have charged me a couple hundred dollars for this, but thanks to Paul I was able to resolve the issue on my own. No doubt for the next issue that comes up I will go back to VolvoStop because they huave earned my trust! Big thanks!

Paul and his crew were fantastic! They handled a recall on my Fisker quickly and professionally. Paul truly knows these cars inside and out—he even owns one himself—so he’s very knowledgeable about any quirks or questions that come up. It’s clear they care about their work and their customers. I wish I had found Paul and Volvo Stop sooner! What a refreshing experience! Paul is so knowledgeable about Volvo’s. I mentioned one noise and he knew exactly what it was! I had a rather large repair done on my car, however, not as large as expected. Two other mechanics told me that I needed a major part replaced but then I brought it to Volvo Stop. I received a call and was told in fact that I did not need the part, just a few hoses saving me hundreds. Imagine an honest mechanic in South Florida!!! Excellent service and prices. The person who assisted me was extremely sarcastic and unprofessional throughout the interaction. When I mentioned that I had a couple of questions, he made an unnecessary comment about “throwing money out.” I then asked if they handled tires, and he responded rudely with, “Does this look like a tire shop to you?” When I said there was no need to be sarcastic, he continued with disrespectful remarks, including implying that I wasn’t paying. For context, I am not from Florida, and in many places I’ve been, shops that don’t specifically advertise tire services still offer them—so my question was simply out of genuine curiosity. There was no reason for it to be met with hostility. Hi

Took my Fisker Ocean One to Volvostop after seeing some notices they perform recall work on the Fisker Oceans. They checked the door handles and also looked at the water pump that was replaced already to ensure it was a 2024 pump and it was not. Paul, the owner is very knowledgeable and invested in keeping the Fisker Oceans on the road. They replaced the water pump and a door handle and provided some very useful info on the car and needed preemptive work to ensure things don't go awry. Very happy with the service and happy to have a great contact for future work for it.
