I changed from VOS Insurance Agency to another insurance agency in July 2025 because VOS Insurance Agency was extremely slow following up on my insurance policy-related questions, they did almost nothing to keep/retain my business once I placed my insurance policies with them (home/rental-property), and I felt as if I was on my own in dealing with the insurance company (Travelers) when I had a claim.
